It has a lot of recipes using other fresh produce. The author Jenne Claiborne runs a very successful You Tube channel with the same name. I cannot wait to try out Vegan cream cheese pound cake, Skillet corn bread, Jackfruit Jambalaya, Lentil Loaf, sweet potato yeast doughnuts. The first one I am going to try out is smoky black-eyed pea cakes, I always have trouble coming up with recipes made with black eyed peas. The books can be purchased from Amazon .
